HEADSHOT

1) GENERAL
• By commissioning me, you agree to my TOS.
• I reserve the right to reject any order if I am uncomfortable with it or if it violates these terms.
• No rush orders. Each commission may take up to a week or more, depending on the queue and complexity. I will notify you if there are delays.
• I will only do simple backgrounds unless a complex background is requested, which will incur additional charges.

2) PAYMENT
• Payment is accepted in USD via PayPal or in MYR for local clients via bank transfer.
• Full payment must be made upfront, and proof of payment (receipt) must be provided before I start working on your commission.
• Do not send payment until I have agreed to accept the commission.
• No refunds will be issued once I have started working on your commission. If I am unable to start the commission for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
• If you are entitled to a refund, please allow me to transfer the money back to you. Do not request a PayPal chargeback.

3) PROCESS & DELIVERY
• Please provide clear visual references of your character.
• A work-in-progress (WIP) sketch will be sent for approval. After you approve the sketch, no major revisions will be accepted.
• Commission completion time may vary based on complexity but usually takes 1-2 weeks. (I'm a slow artist!)
• Once completed, the final artwork will be delivered in full resolution via your preferred platform, both with and without a watermark, after receiving the full payment.
• Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of the artwork.

4) REVISIONS
• Up to 2 revisions are allowed before the sketch is approved. After approval, only minor revisions (e.g., color changes) can be made.
• Any further changes to the final drawing after approval will incur a fee unless the change is due to a mistake on my part.
• The fee for additional changes will be calculated based on the time and complexity of the request, typically on an hourly rate.

5) COPYRIGHT & USAGE
• I retain full copyright of the commissioned artwork.
• I will not profit further from the commissioned piece, but I reserve the right to post it online unless otherwise discussed.
• You may upload the commissioned artwork to your social media or websites with credit to me (@haznutte).
• Personal commissions are for private use only and may not be used for profit, including but not limited to reselling, redistribution, prints, or promotional purposes.
• My artwork is strictly not to be used for AI training, NFTs, or any form of merchandise without my permission.

6) REGARDING REFUNDS
• No refunds will be issued once I have started working on your commission.
• If I am unable to begin the commission, you will receive a full refund.
• In the event of a refund, please do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer back the money to you myself.

7) COMMISSION CONTENT
Will Draw:
• Furry or cartoony animals in kemono style (typically canine or feline; please consult for other species)
• Original characters and fanart
• Mild gore (small wounds, light blood)
• Chubby body
• Bara (non-explicit)
Will Not Draw:
• Humans
• Heavy NSFW (nudity, explicit kinks)
• Mecha or military equipment (e.g., detailed vests, masks)
• Heavy gore (exposed organs, severe wounds)
• Problematic content

8) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Please provide as many visual references as possible for your character, including poses, expressions, and mood.
